Immediately upon starting the remote reiki session I felt a sense of peace, calm and contentment. My breathing calmed and I came into my sympathetic nervous system. I have had 6 sessions with Pragya for chronic problem. Pragya offers the first session free of charge, and although I was bit nervous about it, at first, as I didn't really know what to expect, Pragya put me at ease, and talked me through the process, explaining before beginning the 1st session. After the session, I decided to book 6 sessions with her. The sense of relief I felt was tremendous, feeling invigorated and even more revitalised after each session.I started noticing a difference in my pain levels, as they seem to be easing.I also began to feel different within myself too,and I felt much happier and was in less pain.
