                               First Degree Reiki / Reiki Level-I

This is the basic course, which includes one energy activation. With the first attunement, the student can do the basic energy transfer, open for all. Reiki level- I is also called SHODEN in Japanese. Training at this level is self- healing and well- being and can be used for friends, family members plants aand animals as well. The focus during the Reiki Level -I is on opening the energy channels on physical level. This level encourages students to practice Reiki on themselves and work through their own obstacles.

                                                During the training you will learn about :

• History of Reiki

• Principles and precepts of Reiki

• Chakras and their positions in body

• You will recieve Reiki -I attunement

• Hand positions to do self- healing and for others

• Self Treatment Meditation and Daily energy exercise ( CD included)

• Practice self treatment and with each other

• Detailed Reiki- Level I manual ( no need to take notes)

                             At the end of the Training you will receive " First Degree Reiki Certificate"
